Molyneaux is pretty expensive, but they do quality work from start to finish. I dealt with 2 sales ladies, an installation scheduler, flooring delivery guys, and flooring installation guys. All of them are actual company employees, not sub contractors. Everyone was very nice and professional! They showed up when they said they would and communicated well throughout the process.I have to admit that I felt over $8,000 was very expensive for Shaw vinyl plank flooring and baseboards in one room (finished basement). Maybe it’s inflation? Maybe it’s supply chain issues? Maybe it’s employee costs? Whatever, it is what it is. I am fortunate and can afford it. I’m doing my part to help the country “build back better”, I guess…helping the economy and helping local business. New flooring is a want, not a need, after all!Bottom line - If you want cheap, look elsewhere. If you want quality and have a large budget, go with Molyneaux.

It was such a good experience working with Malik Vincent out of the Cranberry location! He offered a wide variety of products to choose from within my budget for both flooring and carpet throughout my home. Malik proved he is very knowledgeable of the products & process and it was apparent that he cared about my design wants/needs. Malik was flexible with my availability and went out of his way to make the entire process a smooth experience for me. Malik even took time to come back to my home the day the final install was complete to ensure that everything was up to a quality standard, this really showed me the level of customer service he possesses.

Megan has done a great job of measuring and helping choose the right carpet for two rooms this year. Vaughn helped with another bedroom and kitchen flooring. The installation of all of the carpet and flooring in our ginger has been seamless.

Molyneaux did an excellent job with the luxury vinyl tile for my kitchen.  The installers were skilled, patient and very attentive to every detail.  They even carved the larger baseboard used in the kitchen to match the older smaller baseboard on the corner where it meets the dining room.   My salesman, Derek, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.  He followed up after the tile was down to ensure every single item was covered and the job was complete to my satisfaction.  Excellent job!

Molyneaux gave a 5/5 service from the very beginning. My rep was Doug Kalieda - and I could not have asked for a better person to communicate with throughout this entire process. From the very minute I met Doug he made it very clear that he would do whatever it took to make sure I had a pleasant and effortless experience. He went legitimately above and beyond to help me at pretty much any time and with any single question I had. I fully recommend not just Molyneaux but DOUG! The installation went entirely smoothly, as well - the two installers answered all of my questions and even called the higher ups to get an answer for me about something immediately. 5/5 go with Molyneaux!!

We had Shannon Davin for our Design Consultant and she was awesome from start to finish.  Explained all the different styles of carpet and warranties.  Installation went well for two bedrooms, hallway, stairs and living room - Highly recommend them to anyone who is considering.

Jake was a very good salesperson . Explained everything thoroughly and no pressure on purchasing. Great selection of products and the service was exceptional. Would highly recommend Molyneaux for flooring.

I have many years of decorating, rehab, renovations under my belt and I think I finally found a company which beat my expectations on product and service.  Malik Vincent at Molyneaux made this experience effortless for me.  In the past, I've never even considered suggestions by sales/design in any of my projects, but Malik came to my home and immediately knew the perfect carpet.  I am so thankful for Malik's talent and knowledge.  At the point of not wanting to go on with any more projects because of the poor service I've received from others this past year, Malik changed that around.  Seriously, If you are looking for a pleasant experience with anything Molyneaux handles, use them.

Josh and I didn’t know where to start when looking for new carpet. I called Molyneaux on Rt 286/Holiday Park who connected us with Malik Vincent. Malik is so kind and very professional.  He came to our house, wore a mask the whole time and helped us pick out carpet that we wanted at an affordable price. The carpet was installed and everything looks wonderful! The installers moved all of our big furniture, saving us time and making it all very easy.  We will be back for sure!

We chose Molyneaux for their reputation and they did not disappoint. We encountered some minor delays on our end and they worked with us the whole way through to accommodate our needs and schedule. We would absolutely use them again on another project!

Molyneaux installed our kitchen counter top & sink + faucet.  The counter top made big difference.  Makes our kitchen look much better than it did.The sales person was very nice and informative.   All our questions were answered.  The carpenters and plumbers showed up on time as they said the would.I would recommend Molineux Home to someone in the market  to have their kitchen remodeled.  Plenty of brochures and People to answer questions.
